- LOCAL DELIVERY (SINGAPORE):
- We currently offer shipping at fixed local rates at 1.50SGD per item, in Singapore. If you would like to have your package delivered via registered mail in Singapore, additional fee of 3SGD (irregardless of number of items in package) will be added (available on request, please email us at <a href="mailto:sales@overgrownsquirrels.com">sales@overgrownsquirrels.com</a> after your place your order.) Most local orders will be received within 3-4 business days of ordering.
- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- We will ship your package overseas via FedEx and most products will take about 4 to 7 days from time of payment.
- Privacy & Security
- We at Overgrown Squirrels respect your privacy and no customer information will be shared with organization apart from our own.
- Returns & Replacements
- We ensure that all products are checked prior to shipping and in event of any damage to the article in transit, Overgrown Squirrels LLP will not be liable for damages resulting in mishandling. At this time we do not accept returns and replacements.
- Ordering and Payment
- We encourage the use of our online shopping cart system via the Overgrown Squirrels Online Store and will give priority to orders that have been fully paid for.
- You may pay via the following modes:
- 1. OCBC Bank Transfer (OCBC to OCBC transfer only)
- 2. POSB Bank Transfer (POSB/DBS to POSB/DBS transfer only)
- 3. PayPal (accepts major credit cards like Mastercard, Visa, American Express or paypal fund payment)
- Due to transaction clearing times of interbank transfers, we do not entertain orders apart from the 2 listed banks. Payments that have not been made within 24 hours of your order will be deemed cancelled. We also support PayPal transfers in our list of payment modes should you not have a banking account with either OCBC or POSB. Please note that Overgrown Squirrels will use its own discretion in deciding which orders to fulfill if fraud is suspected.
- At this time we only support intra-bank transfers for indicated OCBC and POSB accounts (e.g. If you have a POSB account, then pay to our POSB account, and if you have an OCBC account, pay to our OCBC account.) This is to ensure we receive payment as soon as possible so we can ship your item to you without delay.

- Pricing & Promotions
- All prices are non-negotiable and are indicated in the Online Store. For any pricing promotions, Overgrown Squirrels LLP reserves the right to retract and promotions at any given time and return monies received.
- Viewing Orders
- If you have registered yourself in our customer database, you may re-login to our store via the login option and view your orders there.
- Updating Account Information
- Please remember to update your account information if you are using that regularly to make purchases at your Overgrown Squirrels Online store. Also, if you update your information after a purchase, we will ship based on your current information dated at the time of purchase/order.
